G'day folks :) My First "adventure" - hiking up Glacier Rock.
Glacier Rock is about a 8k hike to look down over Cairns and Trinity Bay. On our way up, we came across a fellow bushwalker named Fiona - she's in the background of one pic and standing with me atop the Rock in another. And that funny looking bloke with me in another pic is Doug - he works with Matt.
Tomorrow we'll be taking the Sky Rail (basically a gondolla ride) up over and through the rainforest to a small town called Kuranda and take a look around and then take the rainforest train (The Kuranda railway) back down.

Some picture advice, Pat.
Use fill flash when the sun is straight up or behind you and when you are in shade with a bright back ground.
Looks like you are having fun not spending your whole summer working at Home Depot.
